1.2 Processed Automation & GTM Data (Data Processor): To provide our core services (e.g., orchestrating inbound demand routing, syncing CRM deal stages, automating proposal pipelines, or enriching ICP data), our middleware connects to your third-party software stack (such as CRMs, marketing platforms, and data enrichment tools). In this capacity, we act as a Data Processor. We temporarily process the data flowing through these APIs (which may include prospect contact details, deal values, and pipeline metrics) strictly for the purpose of executing your requested automated GTM workflows.
1.3 Usage & Telemetry Data: We collect data on how you interact with our web applications and revenue dashboards, including error logs, processing volume, feature utilization, and API call frequencies to ensure system stability during high-volume operations.
1.4 Device and Technical Information: Information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device details may be collected automatically for security and session management.
1.5 Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and ensure secure authentication.
3.1 Service Providers & Infrastructure: We share your information with trusted third-party providers who assist in secure hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP), secure database management, analytics, and payment processing.
3.2 Third-Party CRM & Tool Integrations: By utilizing our GTM automation services, you explicitly authorize us to push and pull data to and from the third-party platforms you connect to Altaurux (e.g., CRMs, data enrichment tools, payment gateways) to fulfill the automated revenue workflows.
