Automated Financial Intelligence

Your numbers, analysed and delivered before you ask for them.

The Bleed

Hundreds of hours a year lost to assembling reports by hand, and the problems you only find three weeks after they started. An accountant opening PDFs one at a time to check them against the books by eye is the same story told with paper instead of a spreadsheet.

The Outcome

Every dollar you earn should not need a person to reconcile it. We connect your accounting, banking and payment systems, pull the numbers automatically, analyse them, flag what moved when it should not have, and deliver a summary in plain English you can read in five minutes. One company or ten, the report arrives the same way on the same schedule, and nobody assembles it.

What it handles

Eighteen things your business already owns the answer to, surfaced without anyone assembling them by hand.

01

Consolidation across entities and accounts

Multiple companies, multiple bank accounts, one unified picture, without a spreadsheet in the middle.

02

Scheduled reporting

A weekly or monthly summary that writes itself and arrives on time regardless of how busy the week was.

03

Variance flagging

Any line that moves more than your chosen threshold gets surfaced at the top rather than buried in a table you were going to skim.

04

Cash position and runway

Where the money is now, what is committed, and how long it lasts at current burn.

05

Receivables ageing

Who owes you, how much, how long it has been, and which accounts are drifting past terms. This is visibility. The reminders and escalation that actually chase the money live in the Leakage Suite, and the two are meant to run together.

06

Upcoming obligations

What is due to go out, and whether the inflows cover it.

07

Document extraction and reconciliation

Invoices, receipts, bank statements and vendor bills usually arrive as PDFs, scans or emails, not as clean data inside a connected system. We extract the numbers automatically and check them against your ledger, catching what a manual review would eventually find anyway, weeks earlier and without anyone opening a folder of documents by hand.

08

Three way invoice matching

The purchase order, the delivery record and the vendor invoice checked against each other automatically. Mismatched quantities, altered unit prices and invoices for goods that were never received get caught before payment goes out, not after.

09

Bank and card statement reconciliation

Every line on the statement matched against your ledger. What does not match gets flagged with the specific discrepancy, a wrong amount, a duplicate charge, a transaction nobody recorded, rather than a generic does not balance.

10

Contract term extraction

Renewal dates, payment terms, auto renewal clauses and penalty conditions pulled out of long contracts nobody has reread since signing. Feeds directly into the renewal alerts running in the Leakage Suite.

11

Expense and receipt processing

Receipts extracted, categorised and checked against policy automatically, with violations flagged as they happen instead of discovered at month end.

12

Duplicate and erroneous payments

The same invoice paid twice, the vendor charging twice, the subscription running on a card nobody remembers authorising.

13

Vendor and software spend audit

What renews automatically, what costs more than it did last year, what nobody has logged into for six months.

14

Payment processor reconciliation

Payouts matched against invoices, fees accounted for, disputes and chargebacks surfaced with their deadlines attached.

15

Profitability by client, project or product line

The question most businesses genuinely cannot answer, answered on a schedule.

16

Budget against actual

By department, project or entity, with drift flagged early enough to act on.

17

Miscoded transactions

Categorisation errors caught before they reach your accountant and cost you billable hours to unpick.

18

Board and investor reporting

The pack assembled automatically from live data rather than rebuilt by hand every quarter.

You already own all of this information. You are simply paying people to go and find it every month, or read it document by document.

Built with

Live accounting integrations (QuickBooks and equivalents), banking and payment processor connections, document extraction with a confidence threshold that routes anything uncertain to a human for review rather than guessing, AI generated P&L analysis, automated anomaly detection and Stripe escalation handling.

What this does not do

The system reports and flags. It does not advise, recommend or decide. Extraction accuracy is not claimed at one hundred percent, which is why low confidence results route to a person rather than being accepted silently. Keep both of these visible in your scoping documents, because a client who treats an automated flag as financial advice, or assumes every extraction is perfect, is a client who will eventually blame the system for a judgement call it was never meant to make.
