The challenge
Charter aviation was losing money to its own structure every single day. Empty-leg flights , aircraft repositioning without passengers , were managed manually by operators, surfaced inconsistently or not at all. Customers had no single place to find and book charter seats. Coordination happened over email and phone, so availability was always stale by the time it reached whoever needed it.
The economic consequence was structural. An empty leg is a perishable asset: it has value right up until the aircraft departs, at which point the value is permanently zero. A market that clears over email cannot move fast enough to sell it. Revenue wasn’t lost to competition: it was evaporating.
There was a second constraint. Charter has traditionally been sold by the aircraft, not the seat, which puts a floor under the price that excludes most of the demand curve.

We consolidated fragmented charter requests, routing logic and cross-party coordination into one unified automated operation.

A secure real-time payment system handles all transactions in-platform. Settlement is part of the booking, not a separate invoicing process behind it.
WebSocket-based live synchronisation
Availability and booking status are pushed over WebSockets, so operators and passengers always see current state. In a market where two customers can view the same seat simultaneously, this is what makes per-seat sales viable at all.
