Traditional career coaching required manual scheduling, paper assessments, and fragmented tools. Katherine needed a scalable way to deliver deep, personalized career guidance to thousands of clients without compromising the quality of each engagement.
What we built
We built a Stripe-powered SaaS platform where payment unlocks a comprehensive personality and interest assessment. Results are instantly processed and surfaced to both the client and their assigned coach in a structured dashboard. Coaches enter live 1-on-1 sessions with full context already loaded, the client's unique archetype, strengths, and recommended career paths, allowing every session to start at depth, not from scratch.
