The charter aviation industry was fragmented. Operators managed empty-leg flights manually, customers had no single place to find and book seats, and coordination between parties happened over email and phone. Revenue was being left on the table daily.
What we built
We consolidated fragmented charter requests, routing logic, and coordination into one unified automated operation. The Swoop platform allows charter operators to list empty-leg and hybrid flights, and customers to book individual seats, not entire aircraft. A secure real-time payment system handles all transactions, and WebSocket-based updates ensure operators and passengers always see current availability and booking status.
